CARAT Charity auction on Facebook

Caring For The Animals Trust

As some of our Facebook friends will be aware last year saw CARAT run several successful auctions with a very healthy amount raised for the animals.

On Monday 2nd March will see our first auction this year take place.

CARAT Charity Facebook auction

WHY NOT GET INVOLVED???

If you are a Facebook user then why not check out our Facebook auction page https://www.facebook.com/groups/398419043670466/

We are a friendly bunch & there are loads of ways you can get involved.

Do you have anything you could donate? We are always looking for quirky items for people to bid on.

Last year one of our good friends donated an all singing all dancing performance for the lucky winning bidder getting to choose a song or play of their choice.

We were also lucky enough to have a very talented artist offer her services charging only £20 per portrait of their pets.

Do you have a talent you could offer us?

Something that people would like to bid on to help us raise money??

Or maybe you just have some items you would like to donate to be auctioned?? We receive all sorts. Books, puzzles, dvds, clothing anything really.

All we ask is that you take a clear photo of the item or tell us what you could offer us and post on the Facebook auction page. If it is a physical item then we also ask that you state a starting price and how much P&P will be to send the item to the winning bidder. After the auction ends, the winner pays CARAT the winning bid for the item and pays the donator the cost of p&p. The donator then sends the item to the winner.

Not on Facebook but would still like to help? We would love to have you on board. If you have something to donate to the auction just send a picture, description, the cost of P&P (and your Paypal address for people to pay you the P&P money) by email to us at titch.carat@gmail.com
